Baked Oatmeal

This brown-sugary goodness is a perfect way to start out your morning. Preheat oven to 350˚

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (salted)
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 apple, diced (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together until blended. Pour into an 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
